Train Sim World 2020

Train Sim World 2020 is a continuation of the advanced railway simulator game released in 2017. Like its predecessor, the title was developed by Dovetail Games, a studio that has gained worldwide recognition thanks to the Train Simulator series.

Mechanics

In Train Sim World 2020, we sit at the helm of a selected locomotive and guide it through routes located in , Great Britain, and the United States while carrying out various orders. We observe the action from first-person perspective.

The game features three lines not available in the previous installment of the series: Main-Spessart Bahn, Northern Trans-Pennine, and Long Island Rail Road. Another novelty is the Journey mode, in which we perform numerous tasks and scenarios during 24-hour sessions; we are informed about how we managed in the latter by summaries displayed after the completion of the sessions. In addition, we will find here Action Points, awarded for punctuality, while new players should appreciate the presence of extensive tutorials to introduce them to the game.
