The plot of the program does not belong to the original ones. The player plays the role of a fearless daredevil who sets off to the land of Transylvania, associated with vampires, in order to find Princess Sabrina, kidnapped by the evil Dracula. The mission will be successful if the girl is safely taken to the court of her father, King John. There is very little time for a very dangerous task - a blood-thirsty creature is going to kill its victim that night.
In of mechanics Transylvania does not differ from other representatives of the genre. All orders are given to our charges using the keyboard, typing the appropriate commands in English. It is worth noting that the program distinguishes more complex sentences, and this is due to the Comprehend system developed by Penguin Software, Inc., which includes more than a thousand words.
Transylvania is the first installment of the three-part cycle. In the 1990s, the product reached freeware status, which means that it can be ed completely free of charge.
