Plot

The plot of the game takes us to 18th century Europe, fifty years after a terrible plague has decimated the Habsburg lands. Kisilova, a small city located on the outskirts of the empire, is shaken up by series of mysterious deaths. The frightened citizens suspect that the plague may have returned, and begin abandoning their homes. In order to prevent a widespread panic, Prince of Wittenberg sends a pair of investigators who are supposed to discover the truth and solve the case.

The plot of the game is inspired by a real incident from 1725, where a deceased Serbian farmer named Petar Blagojevic was rumored to have become a vampire. The developers have entwined fiction with real historical events, creating an engaging story, which enables the players to learn about the beliefs and superstitions of the local population.

Mechanics

Vampire Legends is a classic hidden object adventure game. During our adventures, we explore locations, speak to encountered characters, gather items, and solve logical puzzles.

The game is enriched by hidden object sections appearing in a regular manner, in which we need to search the area to find the items mentioned on the list. Additionally, The True Story of Kisilova contains a large set of difficult minigames. For less experienced fans, a system of hints elicited by our partner was introduced. It should be mentioned that the story has a number of decisions that lead to one of a few different endings.
