Vietcong 2 is a continuation of the first-person shootout (FPS), published in 2003, by the development team of the Pterodon studio. The action of the game was set in 1968. The player plays the role of captain of the American army, participating in the infamous Tet Offensive, considered the turning point of the Vietnam War. The creators also prepared a second campaign to see the events from the perspective of a Vietcong soldier.
