The producer of the game is an Italian Rainbow studio, specializing in creating cartoons, toys and games for the youngest. Operating since 1995, the company has produced many series (e.g. Pixies and Gladiators of Rome) which are very popular among children all over the world.

In Ice Revue, Bloom and other wizards go to a winter resort where they want to present their ice revue to the general public.
