Alien: Isolation Fans, Pay Attention - Alien is Getting a New Horror Game
The video game Aliens has been announced, which appears to be an item aimed - at least in part - at fans of Alien: Isolation. Unfortunately, for now we do not know much about it, and the release seems very far away.

You were expecting a sequel to Survios, in cooperation with 20th Century Games.
It is to be an "immersive action horror" designed exclusively for single player. From the rather laconic description posted on the project's website we learn that its protagonist will be "a battle-hardened veteran seeking revenge on the xenomorphs" (which, however, suggests less emphasis on stealth and more on combat). The plot is to be set between Alien and Aliens.
Work is evidently at an early stage, as studio Survios is looking for a sizable number of developers. The title is being powered by Unreal Engine 5 and is headed for PC and unspecified consoles (due to the early stage of work, it can be assumed that it is exclusively for PS5 and XSX/S). It is also expected to VR goggles.
For now, we don't know anything more about it - and there are no screenshots, let alone trailers - but this should change soon, specifically on July 21. This is because that's when, at the Comic-Con event in San Diego, there will be a titled "Alien: Expanding a Dark and Frightening Universe", where Survios is scheduled to appear.
