Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China for Free on Uplay
You can get Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China for free on Uplay. The game is the first installment in the spin-off series to the highly-popular action game.
Here’s another free game. This time the gift was prepared by Ubisoft. Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China, the first installment of the spin-off trilogy of the popular franchise about Assassins and Templars, was made available free of charge in the company’s digital store. To get the title, go to the page below, to your Ubisoft and click the "Get if for free before 02/05" button. As you can easily guess from the previous sentence, the offer will be valid only until February 5.

Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China takes place in 16th-century China. The main protagonist of the title is Shao Jun known from the animation Assassin's Creed: Embers, a student of Ezio Auditore da Firenze, who returns to the Middle Kingdom to avenge the deaths of the local branch of the Assassin brotherhood. The gameplay in China, as in the following Russia, is based on a similar scheme as the main installments. It therefore focuses on fighting enemies, sneaking and jumping across buildings. However, we observe the action from the side, as in classic platform games. Also, no open world here.

Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China hasn’t met with a particularly enthusiastic reception. The critics weren’t very fond of the combat system, repetitiveness and story. On the other hand, the atmosphere and graphic design were praised. The title should therefore be a pretty good escape from larger productions.
Assassin's Creed Chronicles: China launched at the end of April 2015. The title is available on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PlayStation Vita.
