Released last week, Baldur's Gate 3 is a truly massive game. With so much content, it's easy to miss even the most basic features. You may not have realized that there is a certain useful mechanic related to restoring health.
In Baldur's Gate 3 you can heal your party team at once. To do this, all you need to do is throw a health potion on the ground. When doing so, you need to that your companions should be close to each other.
As it turns out, a large number of players did not know about this trick, as can be seen, for example, from the comments under the post on Reddit with a meme about it. It depicts Frodo Baggins from The Lord of the Rings, who looks with surprise at the iconic health potion from Baldur's Gate 3. The caption: "One potion to cure them all" is obviously a reference to a quote from J.R.R. Tolkien's novel.
Don't forget, however, that every action in Baldur's Gate 3 has its consequences. One player warns against unskillful potion throwing:
"For the record, don't throw potions at your companions, but on the ground next to them. I killed my character by a critical blow to the side of the head, inflicted with a larger health potion," Reddit foul_frank2 writes
Full version of Baldur's Gate 3 on PC was a huge success. At its peak, more than 800,000 people played the game simultaneously (via did not expect such a result.
Recall that on PlayStation 5 console Baldur's Gate 3 will be released on September 6.
