Can RX 580 GPU run Spider-Man 2? We have some good news for you
Here's what you need to do to play Marvel's Spider-Man 2 on AMD RX 580. Check which graphics settings will prevent the game from crashing.

A lot of players excited to try GPU crashes. Some AMD s saw improvements after updating their drivers, but RX 580 owners had an extra problem to deal with.
AMD RX 580 GPU problems
The AMD RX 580 GPU may be a bit outdated, but it still performs well in many games, including some modern titles. While it might not consistently hit 60 FPS in intense action sequences, it remains a viable option. This is especially true for Spider-Man 2 on PC, where it still meets the minimum system requirements. However, the current issue lies with its drivers.
To avoid game crashes, AMD s should install the latest 25.1.1 drivers. However, the RX 580 isn’t included in this update, with its most recent drivers being 24.9.1 from October 2024. Many had hoped that game-breaking bugs like this would prompt a hotfix from AMD, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. Thankfully, a new Spider-Man 2 update has apparently helped resolve the issue, allowing RX 580 s to finally enjoy the game.
