Dragon Age: The Veilguard received patch 5. BioWare made major change to side quests

BioWare has released another update for Dragon Age: The Veilguard. The patch isn't very extensive, as the developers will now focus mainly on „spotting bugs that cause crashes.”.

BioWare Studio has released didn't even meet half of EA's financial expectations, it will certainly receive many more similar patches.

Among the most important changes to mention are:

  1. adding a note about the recommended character level for side quests, which players at significantly lower levels may receive;
  2. many bug fixes, including fixing issues related to the blocking of certain quests and puzzles;
  3. fixed an issue with the Medium Armor Mastery skill for Warriors;
  4. improvements in photo mode (related to poor quality of screenshots taken with the HDR function turned on).

The following excerpt from the developers' post is also noteworthy: "Some adjustments to the game credits."

Although the update doesn't introduce major new features, as the developers inform - it's time to catch minor, malicious bugs:

Thank you all for playing Dragon Age: The Veilguard; we were so happy with the game’s stability at launch and hope you have enjoyed our Quality of Life patches since then. With the game being in a stable place, we are moving to monitor for any game-breaking bugs should those occur. Dareth shiral!
