Elden Ring's Every 10 in One Image
Is Elden Ring a perfect game? According to many - yes. We checked how many reviewers gave FromSoftware's game, which debuts tomorrow, the maximum score.
Many people expected that reviews cited yesterday have given it the maximum possible rating - 5/5, 10/10, 100/100 (depending on the scale used by various Internet websites). How many were there in total? We checked it.
Out of 89 ratings grouped on Metacritic.com, as many as 41 give a max score - they are listed in the graphic above. That's exactly 46.067% of the total marks on PC, PS5 and XSX/S. It is worth noting that the remaining ratings are almost exclusively 9s or something between 9 and 10. Only the PC version of the game got two 8s.
In other words, FromSoftware delivered a hit. In many texts there are comments on the optimization, but let's hope that the so-called day 1 patch will fix most of the performance issues. As a reminder, in Elden Ring will be available to play in about ten hours.
