Frontier Shows That Tycoons Aren't Dead Yet
Frontier Developments has published the 2020 fiscal year summary report. The company boasted excellent sales of Planet Zoo and Jurassic Park: Evolution and excellent financial results.
Frontier Developments boasts of their game sales. In the report summarizing the current fiscal year (ending on May 31) for the Planet Zoo released in November - has sold a million copies in less than six months. It is thus the best PC debut in the history of Frontier Developments.
Other items in the catalogue of the British studio also did not bring it any shame either. In April, sales of Planet Coaster (3 and 2.5 million copies sold respectively). The developers emphasize that the popularity of the game was influenced, among others, by the situation in the world related to the coronavirus pandemic and the forced stay of people in their homes. They hope, however, that players beginning their acquaintance with Frontier Developments in this difficult period will remain with studio's game even after the situation has normalized.
