Gina Carano Vanishes From Star Wars Toy Catalogue
Gina Carano isn't just disappearing from The Mandalorian. Disney together with Hasbro will get rid even of the figurines with Cara Dune, the character played by the actress. Some fans have already found out that buying the toy is impossible.
It's been almost a week since Gina Carano was officially dropped from the cast of The Mandalorian, as well as excluded from any future Disney projects. The consequences of this event are still felt by fans today, as proven by a move by Hasbro, the popular toy manufacturer.
Internet TheComixKid, decided to purchase a special Star Wars: The Black Series figurine (you can find it here) which depicts Carano's character, Cara Dune. After the payment had been credited, the received a return email from Hasbro, in which he was informed that the order had not been delivered and that his money would be refunded due to the figure's withdrawal from sale.
So it seems that Lucasfilm not only wants to cut off cooperation with the actress, but also completely erase her from the Star Wars franchise, including merchandise. It's a very harsh decision, but apparently the creators really want to show that they condemn the views and actions of the celebrity.
Carano's fans, in turn, are reminded that she does not intend to end her acting career. She has just started working with Ben Shapiro's The Daily Wire, under which she will produce her own film and also play the lead role in it.
