It is known that developers from Hello Games like to introduce updates or new Expeditions without warning. Of course, the same pattern is true in the case of their newest adventure – the challenging milestones. Would you like to the fun? Let’s look how to do it together.

Traditional way of starting Relics Expedition 18 in NMS

The traditional way to start the new Expedition is quite simple, but you will not have access to any resources from the main . So, keep that in mind.

  1. Pick Play or Friends when launching the game.
  2. Now, from the save list, choose the New Game option.
  3. Finally, look for the Community Expedition window. It is in the lower right corner of the screen. There is a Relics Expedition 18 banner – click it.
  4. The adventure should begin.

New Way of Starting Relics Expedition 18 in NMS

For some time now, developers from Hello Games have allowed for one more way of ing Expeditions. You can import some of the items and equipment from your main save.

  1. Launch your main game and go to the Anomaly.
  2. Now, visit Expedition Terminus.
  3. Next, choose your loadout (these items will be available in the Relics Expedition).
  4. Now, you will be able to access your items during the Expedition. However, keep in mind that you will have to pay for them. Moreover, you do not have access to them from the beginning. You need to reach Anomaly once again to collect them.
