Palworld attracted numerous players in a very short time. At the moment of writing this article more that 250 thousand gamers are playing it on Steam (via SteamDB). Of course, the title is also available in Game subscription. Many people wonder about crossplay between these platforms – Steam and Xbox / PC Game . Let’s talk about it.

More and more games offer various forms of crossplay. While it is not an easy task to prepare a stable connection between various platforms, it is quite good (in most cases) for community and makes the game livelier.
Of course, many players even expect this feature. Let’s look at some official sources posted on the Discord channel regarding crossplay in Palworld:

Not at launch, but we are working to make this a possibility as soon as possible!
(This also means PC Game can not play with Steam until crossplay is added)
(1) Xbox(PC) will be sold at the same time as the Xbox version.
(2) Xbox(PC) and Xbox can cross play.
As you can see, Game players, no matter on PC or Xbox, are not able to play with Steam s. On the other hand, It seems that people using Xbox Game can play with Xbox consoles.
Nevertheless, as you can see above, the situation is supposed to change at some point in the future, at least it seems so. We have to wait.
