Players complain about Rematch matchmaking. Some of them even have error
The Rematch beta is supposed to test its readiness for release, however, for the moment it tests players' patience the most. If you have problems with matchmaking, read this article.

Have you always wanted to become a soccer star, however, for some reason it did not work out? As of today, it is possible, as another beta of Rematch has launched. In this game, you crate your own avatar, team up with other players, and try to score more goals than opponents. The snag is that becoming a world soccer star in this production is difficult due to long waiting queues for ranking matches. And how do you become a top player and push yourself up the rankings if you can't play a major stakes games?
Rematch matchmaking doesn’t work well
A good part of the Rematch community is complaining that the waiting time to find a match, especially a ranked game, is very long. Some people even wait for up to 10 minutes for a game in the queue, after which they receive an error message. Fortunately, with so much on the official Discord server, the problem should be well known for the developers.
If you are also experiencing these unpleasant long waiting times, for the time being we recommend looking for a match in quick play mode. There is also another method, recommended by one of the s of the official Rematch server on Discord, to reset the queue if the wait time is more than a minute. What's more, it's also worth making sure that you play with people from your own region.
It is worth reminding that the beta started yesterday, i.e. May 28, and will last at least until May 31. It is possible that, like last time, it will be extended a bit, however, for the time being it’s too early to get excited about it.
If you want to in and see how the game works, go to the game's official site and fill out a short form questionnaire, then sign up for the newsletter (this will happen after you receive an email) to get a code for PS5 or Xbox. The post published on Discord informs that PlayStation owners should have free access to beta (without a key) at some point today. On the other hand, people with Xboxes will get only 50 000 keys distributed through newsletter due to ongoing certification process. In the case of PC, the application is much easier. Visit Rematch site on Steam, and use the “Request access” button. See you on the field!
