Jim Ryan Confirms: Nixxes Will Help Port PlayStation IPs to PC
The debut of the next PlayStation exclusive brands on PC needs to be considered a foregone conclusion. This is confirmed by the words of Jim Ryan from Sony Interactive Entertainment, according to whom the company's initiative is still at an early stage.

Since acquisition of Nixxes Software by Sony Interactive Entertainment, the former being famous mainly thanks to ports of games to different platforms. Jim Ryan confirmed that these are not just pipe dreams. In an interview with Famitsu, SIE's CEO stated that the company is still in its infancy when it comes to porting its franchises to PC and believes that the Nixxes team will help in this endeavor:
"We are also very happy with our efforts to bring our own franchises to PC, although we are still in the very early stages. We have high hopes of working with Nixxes to us in this endeavor."
It's telling that Sony has made no secret of the plans to port more games to what is, truth be told, a rival platform. Previously, the company was reluctant to mention such a possibility, even after the release of the first "exclusives" on PC. Meanwhile, barely ten days ago, Jim Ryan even mentioned expansion into the mobile market.
