Today, Resident Evil VII, which launched on January 24, 2017, has shipped 9 million units in over 4 years, that is, until March 31, 2021.

The Japanese company did not write it explicitly, but the very fact that time and again they boast about sales figures - 4 days after the release it set a new activity record for the series. Our review of the eighth Resident can be found in the link below.

Factors, which determined the success of Village are numerous. An absorbing, well conducted story. Interesting, memorable which caused nausea in some players.

And even though over 4 million copies sold so far is less than the 10 million that Capcom hoped for before the release, it seems that the new title of the Japanese company has a real chance to achieve this result. The eighth installment of the Resident Evil series was released on PC, PS4, PS5, XONE, XSX|S and Google Stadia.
