The invention of print, first steam engine, landing on the Moon - these are just some of the events that have made a lasting mark on the history of the world. This very honorable group may soon be ed by... the introduction of women to STALKER 2.

Forgive the slightly sarcastic tone, but the discovery made by an Internet has aroused the gameplay trailer of STALKER 2 shows a glimpse of a character that, in all likelihood, is a woman.. Below you can see a frame from the fragment, which is the source of all the commotion.

To those who are unfamiliar with GSC's series, this may seem a little shocking, but the old-timers know very well that in any of the previous installments of the series we wouldn't find any representatives of the fair sex.. Perhaps this was dictated by the lack of time and funds needed for modeling characters and animating them or hiring additional dubbing actors - or simply by the vision of the game world that the developers originally had.

Interestingly, the information about the probable presence of females in the game did not please everyone. Under the post on Reddit, a heated discussion (and maybe even a small war) immediately arose between men and women on the subject of gender equality.
