Good news has arrived for fans of Complete Edition, including all released DLC, will be available soon on PC, on 11 June 2025. Unfortunately, it is connected with some controversy, as players have noticed something peculiar. Namely, in up to 129 countries, Stellar Blade is unavailable. More surprisingly, even the creators themselves are puzzled by this fact.

Region lock in Stellar Blade is real, but no one knows why

Quite recently, Stellar Blade has appeared on the PSN , which is not available in all countries. Of course, at first players suspected that Stellar Blade followed the same road. However, the situation is even more bizarre.

Developers themselves - Shift Up Corporation - have denied that Stellar Blade requires a PSN , it is also confirmed by lack of information about obligatory PSN on the Steam Page. What's more, creators are just as shocked as their fans, as under many of the comments reporting the problem, they ask about player’s country of origin.

As of now, it is unknown what caused this issue. Let's hope that this is just a minor misunderstanding that will soon be cleared up and players around the world will be free to buy the game and enjoy it.
