Sony and PlayStation Prepare a TV Adaptation of Twisted Metal
The popular racing game series Twisted Metal will be adapted to the small screen thanks to an initiative from Sony Pictures and PlayStation Productions. The script for the series will be written by the co-creator of Cobra Kai.

Sony Opens a Film Label - PlayStation Productions
Sony Interactive Entertainment has established a new film studio. PlayStation Productions will be responsible for screenings of production based on the Japanese company's catalogue, without the help of third parties. Shawn Layden, head of SIE, personally supervises the studio and believes that it will not repeat the mistakes of the creators of earlier game adaptations.
