After May 2019, it was easy to forget about Sony opening a new film studio under a telling name PlayStation Productions. This can be put down to the "thrilling" year 2020, but it is actually due to a lack of new information. Only now has Sony decided to reveal something more about the new initiative. Tony Vinciquerra (CEO of Sony Pictures) told CNBC (via MediaPost) that the company is working on three films and seven TV series based on PlayStation IPs.
Although it is difficult to deduce anything solid from such brief message, we may have heard about two of these ten projects before. The first of these could be Bloodborne, but at the moment it would be groundless speculation.

It should be noted that the mention of PlayStation-related film projects has been mentioned somewhat in ing. Tony Vinciquerra mentioned this in the context of the plans to integrate Sony's entertainment segment entities within the framework of what he calls 'One Sony'. No specific plan has been developed yet, but we can assume that the company wants to put more emphasis on the cooperation of individual branches (cinematic, PlayStation etc.).
