The Walking Dead Ends With Season 11; Spin-off Planned for Daryl
The 11th season of The Walking Dead will be the last one. However, Daryl and Carol will continue their story in a spin-off.

The AMC channel announced that the 11th season of The Walking Dead will be the last one. However, it is to be longer than the previous ones - it will consist of 24 episodes, which will be aired over two years.
Let us recall that on October 4, the sixteenth episode of season 10 is to debut. The next six episodes will be released in 2021. Thus, fans can expect 31 new episodes of the series.
The end of The Walking Dead will not mean that we will have to say goodbye to all the characters. AMC announced another series set in the universe, focusing on Daryl and Carol, characters played by Norman Reedus and Melissa McBride.

A series titled Tales of The Walking Deadis also planned . It will take the form of an anthology, focusing on independent stories about famous and new characters from the universe.
It is worth reminding that many other attractions await the fans of the franchise. On October 11, this year, the sixth season of Fear the Walking Dead will air. A week before that, The Walking Dead: World Beyond, a series about young heroes, which is supposed to have only two seasons, will air. A series of feature films about Rick Grimes is also planned.
Last year the last issue of the comic book that started this whole madness was published. Now we slowly have to get ready for the end of the TV adaptation. The Walking Dead franchise, however, is not going anywhere and fans still have many years of entertainment ahead of them.
