Uncharted's Creative Director Works on Marvel Game
Amy Hennig, known for the Uncharted trilogy, is working on a big-budget game set in the Marvel comic book universe.

- Amy Hennig, known from the Uncharted trilogy, is working on a title from the Marvel universe;
- The project will be a high-budget action adventure game;
- No title or release date are known at this time.
Amy Hennig, the writer and director of the first three installments of the Uncharted series, is working on a Marvel game. The project is being developed at Skydance New Media (a division of Skydance), co-founded by Electronic Arts veteran Julian Beak.
Hennig's new project is in the early stages of development, so we'll be waiting a long time before it's officially announced. For now, all we know is that it will be a big-budget action-adventure game with an extensive storyline that will tell a new story, offering a fresh take on a familiar universe.
Amy Hennig and Julian Beak met while working on the canceled Project Ragtag, based on the Star Wars license. So we wouldn't be surprised if Skydance New Media's title uses some of the unrealized ideas from the abandoned Star Wars game.
Hennig began her career in the industry as an artist working on Electrocop, released in 1989 for the Atari Lynx portable console. After that she worked as a writer, director and designer on such titles as Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception.
We must it that in recent years, Marvel fans could not complain about lack of new games. Last year they got Marvel's Midnight Suns, a tactical turn-based game by the devs of the XCOM series - Firaxis Games.
