Windows 11 Increasingly Popular With Gamers, Reveals Steam Survey
Steam has conducted the monthly survey, summarizing data on hardware and software used by s of the platform. The November survey showed an increase in the popularity of Windows 11 among gamers.

According to the results of the latest November such as slowing down on AMD Ryzen processors). Compared to the October survey, Windows 11 gained about 6%. The upward trend may continue in the coming months, although for now Windows 10 is in an unthreatened position among Steam s.

The survey also yielded other interesting data about gamers' hardware. One interesting fact is the continued domination of the GTX 1060 as the most popular GPU. Despite the distant 2016 release, the card remains at the top and it is unlikely to change soon. The situation on the market is not favorable to replace GPUs, so gamers may remain with their old GTX 1060 for a long time.

The survey is not fully reliable and does not show the data of all s of the platform, because participation in it is anonymous and optional. However, it does give us an idea of what hardware the gamers are using. The data collected is to be used by Valve to help expand the range of products and when making investment decisions.
