How to use the Signal Modulator in NEST of Resident Evil 2?

Signal Modulator is a device that you find in the Nest, the final location of Resident Evil 2. The device is placed in special electrical s in the walls, to reinstate power supply in the room or to unlock the door. To regulate the modulator:

• Open the inspection mode in the inventory and choose the modulator.
• Check what 3 digit code is on the and choose the same in the modulator.
• Use the both knobs to move the chart in such a way to match the second chart (match so that you see only a single chart) - this is done through trial-and-error, but shouldn't pose a problem.
• Place the modulator into the electrical . If you've done everything correctly, the will light a green lamp.
