The target is an enemy standing on a balcony of one of the ruined buildings.
Weapon parts
Part - It's in the possession of a soldier who is standing inside a tent.
The above map presents all of the collectibles that you can obtain during the first mission of the game (Siege of Tobruk). These are two War Diaries, a Collectible card, a Long Shot and a weapon part.
Note -the enemy in the possession of the weapon part does not move, by default, but he may exit his tent, raise the alarm and start patrolling the area, if disturbed.
