Portal – Unlock the portal with the pillars.
Forlorn Cliffs is the first part of the sprawling Dreugar location - Underdark. Here, you find several side quests and the main quest - Into Eternal Night, thanks to which you gain access to a new ally - Izhkin. While exploring Forlorn Cliffs, focus first on solving the riddle with the inactive portal. After you activate it, you will have access to all the portals on the map, which lead to locations with riches. In this location, there also is the underground Abandoned Dig Site, where you find a riddle with the locked door. There is only one way to solve this riddle on your own. You simply need to find all the dead Duergars. Two of them are near the locked door in Abandoned Dig Site, and the next two are in the location that the magic portal leads to. The portal remains inactive until you repair its main part. For completing the quest in Abandoned Dig Site, you will be rewarded with a perfect short sword for the rogue - Torga's Pyre.
