Alfred Hitchcock: Vertigo

Alfred Hitchcock: Vertigo is a narrative adventure game, kept in the convention of a psychological thriller. The game was developed by the Pendulo Studios team, whose portfolio includes the popular Runaway series, and it was published by Microids. The main source of inspiration for this project was Alfred Hitchcock's cult film Vertigo. Developers have based their game on it, both in of story and visual techniques.

Plot

The main character of Alfred Hitchcock: Vertigo is a writer Ed Miller. Driving through Brody Canyon in California, the protagonist has a serious accident. He walks away unscathed, but his wife and daughter, with whom he claims to have been traveling, are not found in the wreckage. Suffering from severe vertigo, the man decides to start therapy, hoping to discover the truth about what happened in Brody Canyon.
