In Beholder: Conductor we watch the action from the side. We move around the train, keeping an eye on its engers, as well as on our male and female work colleagues.

By carefully observing their behavior, we can spot suspicious activities - from evading fare payments, through giving and accepting bribes, to smuggling prohibited goods. Various matters may involve ordinary engers, high-ranking officials, industrialists traveling in VIP carriages, and the train staff itself.

If suspicious activity is detected, we can use a number of measures - from searching the luggage, through intimidation, to calling the police and removing the culprit from the train. When making a decision about what to do with such a person, it is worth ing that the choice we make will most likely determine their future fate.

The Ministry can generously reward us for our dedication and fulfillment of our duties, showering us with money and entrusting us with special tasks. On the other hand, nothing stops us from trying our luck and standing on the other side of the barricade, for example by helping smugglers transport goods. Although it involves risk, it is definitely financially worthwhile.

The two-dimensional graphics of Beholder: Conductor were created in pixel art technique and maintained in the gloomy style characteristic of the series.
