Gameplay

In Best Served Cold we watch the action from a first-person perspective (FPP). During the game, we play as a bartender who spends most of his time standing behind the bar, pouring drinks for customers and having conversations with them.

The goal that guides us is to obtain information that sheds new light on the issues we are investigating. By learning the details about the lives of individual characters, we gather clues, gradually approaching the conclusions of our investigations. The results of our actions determine not only the fate of the people involved in them, but also the future of the business we run.

Story

Best Served Cold takes us to an alternative version of Europe during the prohibition era, specifically - to the fictional city of Bukovie. The specter of war hangs over the city. Its residents are also struggling with the rationing of goods and they do not shy away from strikes and riots.

During the game, we take on the role of the owner of the last secret bar in the city and try to unravel a large-scale intrigue, the tentacles of which spread across all social layers.
