Cities: Skylines – Mass Transit for PC is the fourth, after Snowfall, After Dark and Natural Disasters, expansion to the economic strategy game Cities: Skylines. It was developed by Finnish studio Colossal Order. Base game is required to play this expansion.
Mechanics
Cities: Skylines – Mass Transit for PC focuses on the public transport, introducing many new features to that aspect of the game. With this expansion, citizens of our virtual cities can now travel by ferries, use cable cars and monorails, and travel by zeppelins.
Expansion also introduces communication centers, places where our citizens can have changes during their travels around the city. Those building do not have to be limited to one mean of transport; nothing stops us from building a giant station where people can change the means of transportation as they want.
New types of roads, bridges, and channels were also introduced. Additionally, the expansion offers a set of scenarios in which have to face challenges connected with traffic management and solving communication problems.
Cities: Skylines – Mass Transit for PC also offers new hats for Chirper, the mascot of the game’s world version of Twitter, along with new buildings, political plans, and Achievements.
