Cultist Simulator: The Exile is a feature add-on to the unusual Cultist Simulator card game from 2018. The game offers players a number of new cards, giving them further options and opportunities for storytelling. The authors of the main game, an independent Weather Factory studio, are responsible for the development and release of this expansion.
Cultist Simulator: The Exile takes place in 1925 in Europe. The game world is inspired by the myths of Cthulhu, a cosmology developed by the 20th century writer H.P. Lovecraft. The story is open - player shapes it in the course of the game, using cards.
Cultist Simulator is an unusual card game where the aim is to tell stories by selecting and combining the properties of your cards. The Exile adds a number of new possibilities to the game. We get one new Legacy ,focusing on travel in Europe and exploring haunted places. The DLC also includes ten endings and over thirty cities (Budapest, Meshed, Granada or Marrakech).
Cultist Simulator: The Exile does not introduce any new game modes.
DLC Cultist Simulator: The Exile does not change the graphic design of the basic version of Cultist Simulator - we only get new graphics on cards.
