DeathStick is a side-scroller. During the game, we are running ahead, avoiding numerous traps and terrain obstacles and facing hordes of enemies. Mako fights in a close combat, using the stick, and at a distance, making use of a folding fan. Her attacks can be combined into spectacular and deadly combos; nothing stands in the way of knocking down adversaries on the ground or throwing them out and continuing the clash in the air. Besides, the heroine has the ability to jump between dimensions at lightning speed, and as she progresses she gains new skills. They allow her to avoid or eliminate an increasingly diverse range of dangers; they also allow her to visit places that are not accessible in any other way.
