Disney Heroes: Battle Mode takes the player on a journey to the digital City decimated by a mysterious virus. The protagonists must face this disease. Among the playable characters, there are Wreck-it Ralph, Mr. Incredible and his family, and characters known from Zootopia.
Disney Heroes: Battle Mode is an RPG developed by PerBlue Entertainment. The title was developed for mobile platforms on which it is distributed by using a free-to-play model with microtransactions.
Disney Heroes: Battle Mode takes place in a digital City, the citizens of which became the victims of a mysterious virus. The disease increases their aggression and it is making them turn against each other. The threat is so serious that heroes known from Disney and Pixar movies are sent to deal with it. Among these heroes, there are Wreck-it Ralph, Mr. Incredible and his family, and characters known from the Zootopia.
Turn-based combat with opponents is the key point of Disney Heroes: Battle Mode. During the game, the players can control a squad that features up to five characters. The characters, new equipment, and combat skills are unlocked as the players progress through the game. They can be also upgraded, making the players better prepared for new challenges.
Disney Heroes: Battle Mode features a story campaign and a set of special missions. The participation in the latter guarantees accesses to unique rewards.
The graphics in Disney Heroes: Battle Mode use a cartoon-like style inspired by animated movies created by Disney and Pixar.
