The 13th expansion pack for EverQuest - an MMORPG released in 1999. Similar to both the base game and the expansions released so far, The Buried Sea was developed by Daybreak Game Company. EverQuest: The Buried Sea is set in Katta Castrum - an underwater city which is also the grave site of the leader of the Combine Empire, who was poisoned.
Off the coast of Odus. trouble Lurks beneath the Buried Sea. Combine Loyalist seek to try and awaken their beloved Leader, Tsaph Katta, leader of the city Katta Castrum. and poisoned by the hand of General Seru. The power that protects Katta Castrum has weakened though. The crushing pressure of the seas bears heavy on the city walls. Only the most Intrepid Norrathlans might find the power to save the city.
