The third installment of the motorsport manager series, in which we control one of the teams taking part in Formula 1 championships. The biggest novelty of F1 Manager 2024 is that instead of controlling an existing F1 team we can also create our own eleventh team.

F1 Manager 2024 is the third installment of the series launched in 2022 and made by the Frontier Developments studio, usually specializing in various types of strategy games. The production uses the official FIA license to allow players to manage the entire team taking part in the Formula 1 championship.

Gameplay

As in the previous parts, in F1 Manager 2024 we do not directly control the cars taking part in the F1 races. Instead, we supervise the entire team, coordinating the drivers, mechanics, engineers and other employees. We must give instructions based on what's happening on the track and on the changing conditions (including accidents, breakdowns or weather changes). The struggles are presented in a detailed manner, using cameras reminiscent of a television broadcast (in this installment more dynamic shots were introduced).

CGMagazine: 8 / 10 by David Walters

With the amount of customizability available in F1 Manager 2024, no two seasons will be alike and that as far from a bad thing as it can be.

IGN: 8 / 10 by Henry Stockdale

F1 Manager 2024 doesn't completely escape the pitfalls that come with being an annual series, but great new features like creating your own team still deliver a more compelling management sim.

Twinfinite: 5 / 5 by Aleksa Stojković

F1 Manager 24 is by far the best motorsport management sim created to date. The realism, the abundance of features, and the infinite replayability are everything that any fan of this genre could ever ask for, and as expected, Frontier delivered them in spades.
