Motorsport Manager is a sports manager game in which we lead a racing team and try to win a fictional version of Formula 1. This is one of the most realistic productions from this genre. The game was developed by Playsport Games under the direction of Christian West who in the past worked on such games as Geometry Wars Galaxies and Joe Danger Infinity. Initially, the game was released on handheld devices with iOS and Android systems but later a PC Windows version was also created.
Player's role during the races comes down to creating a general tactic and to make various decisions that will have an impact on the end results of a race. For example, a heavy rain appears suddenly during the last few laps and a player must make a choice between losing precious seconds that are spent on changing tires and the danger of using the old ones. Realism of Motorsport Manager manifests itself in that we don't get any bonuses or special abilities. Thanks to that the rivalry is very similar to what we can see during TV transmissions.
Managing your team is also important. Players can hire new drivers and technicians, research new technologies and upgrades for the racecars. Players can also spend a lot of time on finding optimal settings for the cars and create schemes for pit-stops. The economic system is the basis for all of this. It requires players to manage their budget wisely by finding a balance between income and expenses.
Motorsport Manager, released on PC, AND and iOS, has good, high-resolution graphics that is especially impressive during the races. The interface is also well made.

Game Ratings for Motorsport Manager Video Game.
Operation Sports: 7.5 / 10 by Caley Roark
A charming, well-produced, and relatively entertaining racing management sim that despite some repetitiveness, doesn't get bogged down.
Cubed3: 8 / 10 by Gabriel Jones
Although Gregory Stokes hasn't managed to get his racing team out of 9th place, he still recommends that anyone who has an interest in being a Motorsport Manager to give it shot. It's a career that can be tailormade to suit anyone. All that's necessary is the right mindset. Naturally, they can't expect immediate gratification. There's also the possibility that they'll struggle to make any real progress. It does deliver a different sort of excitement, though; one that can't be found blasting alien invaders, or trading blows with a martial arts master. In the end, this is a career that revolves around setting goals and achieving them, while attempting to exceed expectations. The choices other managers make will differ from Greg's, which is what makes the experience so personalised and fulfilling.
Nintendo Life: 8 / 10 by Dom Reseigh-Lincoln
Motorsport Manager for Nintendo Switch will chew you up and spit you out, but once you've learned the ways of its frighteningly deep systems and overcome its steep learning curve, there's a brilliant management sim to be found.
