Little Nightmares III is the third main installment in a popular series of horror platformers. Unlike its predecessors, which were developed by Tarsier, this one was created by Supermassive Games, also known as The Quarry.
The game's protagonists are Low and Alone, two children trapped in the dark land of Nowhere. Together, they must find a way out of this cursed place.
Little Nightmares III expands upon the ideas of the previous games, once again being an adventure platformer. Players must traverse different maps, avoid obstacles, threats and solve puzzles.
Our heroes are physically weak and can't directly fight enemies. We must therefore stay hidden and avoid detection.
The game s singleplayer, with one of the kids being controlled by AI, and two player co-op.
The visuals are one of Little Nightmares III's greatest strengths. The game's locations are all creepy and creatively designed, their atmosphere and clever theming being very impressive.

Little Nightmares is a series of arcade platform games maintained in the horror convention and reminiscent of titles like the iconic Limbo. The first installment hit the market in 2017, while the release of the second was held in February 2021. Responsible for the production of both parts is an independent Swedish company Tarsier Studios, already known for its work on the series of platformers Little Big Planet. The games, meanwhile, were published by Bandai Namco Entertainment, a Japanese company formed in 2014 by the merger of Bandai and Namco.
The layoffs sweeping the industry have not spared Supermassive Games studio. The company, known for horror games like Until Dawn and The Quarry, has fired 90 employees.
