Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation, released on AND and iOS, is an action game accompanying the premiere of the fifth installment of the bestselling film series of the same title. Glu, a company experienced in mobile production, is responsible for the development of the game.
Plot
Although the characters of the game do not resemble their movie counterparts, the game's plot follows that of the movies. We play the role of IMF agents (a fictional spy agency), who face a dangerous organization called Syndicate. There are more than 100 different missions taking place in different parts of the world. Among the challenges faced by players, we can find those focused on eliminating enemy agents or key of the Syndicate, infiltrating enemy bases without getting caught, etc.
Mechanics
The action of Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation is, for the most part, shown from a third-person perspective. However, when we aim, the camera switches to the FPP view. Depending on the type of mission, the player has at their disposal quite a large arsenal of weapons, including assault rifles, sniper rifles, heavy weapons, rocket launchers, and even prototype Gauss rifles. We can also improve our weapons by making progress in the game. We can also take advantage of additional equipment such as vests, knives and first-aid kits.
