Point-and-click adventure game that takes us to the year 5000. The main character of Mutropolis, Henry Dijon, arrives on Earth to explore the secrets of this planet. Unfortunately, this is complicated by the presence of the ancient Egyptian gods, who want to destroy all humanity.
Mutropolis is a point-and-click adventure game that takes us on a journey into the distant future, when the Earth is no longer liveable, thus hiding countless secrets about its past. The game is the debut work of the indie Spanish Pirita Studio.
The action of Mutropolis takes place in 5000. The main protagonist of this game is Henry Dijon, a self-appointed detective from Mars who, together with a group of archaeologists, decides to come to Earth and solve the mystery of its mysterious past. This is complicated by the fact that mankind's greatest achievements, such as the Egyptian pyramids and the Mona Lisa, have long been forgotten. In addition, the protagonist does not fully understand the story of the Blue Planet; enough to say that he thinks that Sony Walkman was human. However, the problems do not end there. His mentor, Professor Totel, is rapidly kidnapped, and the gods of ancient Egypt are entering into action, wanting to destroy all humanity.
In Mutropolis we observe the action from various angles and dozens of different locations are waiting to be visited. We talk to the characters and solve numerous riddles. Puzzles consist in manipulating elements of the environment or searching for specific items and using them in a specific way.
Mutropolis features colourful, hand-drawn graphics. The whole looks pleasant to the eye.

Game Ratings for Mutropolis Video Game.
Digital Chumps: 6 / 10 by Emerson Dupree
Overall, Metropolis has the bones to be a great game, however, the slow pace, lack of instruction, and lengthy dialogue made it frustrating to play. While the interactions, visuals, and storyline are amazing the gameplay and mechanics were lacking. If there were more instructions or hints this game would have been a home run. If problem-solving is your jam, then this game is perfect for you. However, if you don't like having to figure out every small detail of a game, then you should probably skip this game for now.
FingerGuns: 6 / 10 by Joshua Thompson
Mutropolis evokes the same feelings its older and most revered predecessors do. However, the technical problems and clunky sometimes nonsensical puzzles holds the title back from being a point and click that stands out of the ever-growing crowd.

Mutropolis features great comedy writing, with a simple but satisfying story. Its puzzles are logical but some of the hardest I’ve played in this genre. If you’re a point-and-click adventure fan, I wholeheartedly recommend it despite niggles about animation speed and a bug where the main character disappears from view. For the writing alone, I’m giving this a solid “I Like It A Lot” rating.
