The protagonist is tormented by dreams of his own death. He stops in the seaside town of Villa Ventana and decides to prevent of series of gruesome deaths.

Slender Threads is a point & click adventure game, bordering on psychological horror themes. The game was developed by the independent studio Blyts from Argentina, which has in its portfolio the genre-related game Kelvin and the Infamous Machine.

Story

Slender Threads takes us to Villa Ventana, which is seemingly a peaceful, seaside town. The main character of the game is Harvey Green - a wandering salesman tormented by a terrible dream of falling victim to a horrifying murder. After a series of paranormal events occur in Villa Ventanta, Green decides to take matters into his own hands to prevent a series of gruesome deaths, hoping that this will save him from the fate that appears to him in his dreams.

Although all of this sounds quite serious, the story is seasoned with a solid dose of often absurd humor.

Gameplay

In Slender Threads we watch the events from the side. During the game we control Harvey, who explores picturesque streets of Villa Ventana and looks into buildings, engages in conversations with characters, and solves puzzles. In this way, we push the story forward, gradually learning more about the town and the events taking place in it.
