The ninth expansion for the popular economic strategy from 2019. Tropico 6: Return to Nature DLC focuses on the topic of ecology. We can construct 15 new buildings and objects (including the Biggdrasil wonder of the world). There's also new content, including a new scenario, a unique thematic outfit and 4 new statuettes.
Tropico 6: Return to Nature is the ninth expansion for the economic strategy Tropico 6, released in 2019. The expansion allows us to discover a new, "green" side of dictatorship. This DLC was developed by the Realmforge Studios team, which took over the development of the base version of the game and has been developing further expansions since 2020.
As the title suggests, Tropico 6: Return to Nature introduces content related to ecology. There are 15 new buildings and facilities available, such as a forest school, a tree house or an outdoor gym. There is also a Biggdrasil - a gigantic tree that strengthens agriculture and the timber industry, and stimulates the economy in four epochs. It is the first magical wonder of the world originating from the island managed by El Presidente.
Additionally, the DLC brings three edicts, namely Reforestation, Natural Reaction, and Tropical Paradise, with which we can take care of the ecology in our country. A new value called Nature works similar to Beauty, rewarding ecological planning. Maintaining it at a high level increases the efficiency of some new buildings. The thematic Nature Suit for our dictator is also available, as well as 4 Biggdrasil figurines to be placed in the palace garden.
All of this can be tested both in sandbox mode and in the new scenario called El Abol De Maravilla, which serves as a tutorial.
Tropico 6: Return to Nature is a non-standalone expansion, so it requires the base version of Tropico 6.
