CD Projekt has reached a settlement with US investors over the release of Cyberpunk 2077. As stated in the latest report, the Polish company signed a formal settlement document (Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement) with attachments. It reiterates "no ission of any fault on the part of the Company or the other defendants".

The settlement finally ends the case of investors who lost money invested in CD Projekt as a result of Cyberpunk 2077's failed launch. The game performed worse than the stock market expected after the promises of the developer. As a result, four lawsuits were filed in America, eventually being consolidated into one.

This is what the talks were about, which the parties entered into last month. Apparently, the negotiations went smoothly, although it was not stated if the settlement involves compensating the affected investors. For now, the document has been filed with a California court for approval of the agreement.

The settlement with the disappointed investors certainly makes CD Projekt happy, although it does not put an end to the problems with Cyberpunk 2077. Players are still waiting for many bugs to be fixed in the fell short of early predictions.
