Players Push for Cyberpunk 2077 Integration With ChatGPT
What do you think about implementing ChatGPT into Cyberpunk 2077, so that you could, for example, have casual conversations with Johnny Silverhand? This type of modification could be at hand thanks to the CyberAI project.

Artificial intelligence has grown in popularity in recent years with, among other things, apps that generate dreamlike images, such as Midjourney, or chat rooms that answer questions. It is also often used by people who mod video games.
Recently, a Nexus Mods known as Cyberpunk 2077, which integrates the API from OpenAI (including, among other things, GPT language models) with CD Projekt's game. Thus, it is not a modification that introduces a specific thing or mechanic into the game, but a useful tool for other modders. With it, they can create scripts using artificial intelligence - the possibilities are thus potentially almost unlimited. Creator of CyberAI listed several ideas for using the tool:
- generating unique dialogues for NPCs;
- creating side quests based on the player's actions;
- changing and controlling the behavior of enemies, who will react to the tactics adopted by V;
- generating dynamic reactions of the environment based on the player's actions.
Thus, thanks toCyberAI creative modders will be able to share make some interesting projects. Perhaps soon there will be a person who will create a modification that allows for free conversation with NPCs in Cyberpunk. ChatGPT was already used in a mod like this for Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord ..
If you are not intimidated by modding and would like to create something for Cyberpunk 2077 with the use of artificial intelligence, then here you will find a link to CyberAI. It is worth mentioning that the editor made available earlier this year, CyberScript Studio, works on a similar principle.
