Front Mission - Remake of Classic Tactical RPG Coming to PC; Demo Now on Steam
The remake of the first Front Mission will no longer be a Nintendo Switch exclusive. The game will also come to PC and other consoles. A demo is already available on Steam.

Front Mission 1st: Remake, a remake of the classic tactical RPG released last year for Nintendo Switch, is coming to more hardware platforms.
- Forever Entertainment and MegaPixel have announced that Front Mission 1st: Remake will be released on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
- The PC release will be sold on Steam, Epic Games Store and GOG.com.
- Editions for new platforms will be released on June 30, this year and a 10% discount is to be applied until July 12.
However, you don't have to wait until June 30 to check out the PC edition of the game. A demo version of it has already debuted on Steam.
Remake of a jRPG classic
- The game is a refreshed version of a classic tactical jRPG released in 1995 for the 16-bit SNES console.
- The Nintendo Switch version of the remake was received relatively warmly - it has an average rating of 70% on Metacritic.
Importantly, the devs are already working on Front Mission 2: Remake, which is a refreshed version of the second installment. For now it has been announced only for Nintendo Switch, but most likely in the future it will also come to other platforms.
