MADiSON is a FPP horror adventure game. It was done in such a way that all the puzzles constantly change, and some of the events activate randomly. Despite this diversity, the title always leaves us with the same ambiguous ending. On this page, you will find a discussion of the game's ending.
NOTES: Below you will find spoilers related to the ending of MADiSON.
As the game progresses, the visions plaguing Luca get stronger. He is also getting weaker physically. This is a result of being possessed by a demon - the titular Madison. In the final sequence of the game, we see that the situation is so bad that the protagonist slowly loses consciousness.
At the very end of the game, Luca reaches a room with four statues. There he finds a lockbox locked with a padlock. After entering the right combination of numbers (you can find it in the pictures), it will be opened. Inside is a pedestal with an urn.
At this point the chair turns towards the protagonist, and a noose suspended from the ceiling appears. Luca, without hesitation, decides to hang himself. Most likely, he does this of his own accord, seeing this as a chance to break Madison's demonic cycle. However, he doesn't succeed - in the last scene the protagonist is seen taking a deep breath. The evil spirit, therefore, keeps him alive to continue his "work".
