Ubisoft's F2P Heartland With 45-player PvEvP; Coming Soon
We've learned new information about The Division: Heartland, Ubisoft's free-to-play shooter, due for release in about six months. The game will almost certainly appear on Saturday at the Ubisoft Forward show.

A new website debuted yesterday afternoon, dedicated to Ubisoft Forward.
"The leak," however, enabled us to learn a little about the title and see some screenshots (below).
The Division: Heartland - what do (we think) we know?
The information on the said website stated that Ubisoft Montreal is responsible for the game. As it was previously created under the watchful eye of Ubisoft Massive, this most likely means that the developer has been changed.
- The Division: Heartland is described as follows: "a free-to-play multiplayer survival shooter set in a small town in Central America."
- The game is expected to offer at least two game modes. The first is Storm Operations - a PvPvE mode for 45 players, in which they will face each other, as well as AI-controlled enemy agents (known as Vultures) and a deadly virus.
- The second mode, Excursion Operations, in turn will enable you to complete PvE missions, during which - in addition to completing the indicated objectives - you must collect equipment, activate alarms and prepare the battlefield.
- The game will offer six agents belonging to three different classes. Each of them will have their own perks and skills.
It is worth mentioning that most of the information quoted above coincides with the video from the alpha tests of The Division: Heartland, which leaked online less than two weeks after the game was announced (we described the details here). Only the details differ - the two modes mentioned at the time were called Storm and Expedition, respectively.
The Division: Heartland - when will it be released?
As a reminder, let me add that according to the game is almost ready). We should learn the release date - or at least the period - on September 10.
The Division: Resurgence is also coming
In addition, another free-to-play game in Skull and Bones will also be presented.
The show will begin at 9 pm CEST. The broadcast will take place via YouTube, Twitch and the official Ubisoft website.
