Director of The Witcher 3 Leaves CD Projekt
Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, the director of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, has left CD Projekt RED. The reason for his decision was supposed to be allegations of mobbing.

Jason Schreier of Bloomberg The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, has left CD Projekt RED. The Polish artist's decision is a result of accusations of mobbing (harassment, bullying, intimidation, psychological violence against subordinates and/or co-workers) raised against him at work, but dismissed by the committee appointed to investigate the matter.
Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, who was found not guilty, stated that despite being cleared of the charges, his continued work at the company may cause discomfort to some of the staff. Not wanting to cause fear or stress to anyone, the developer therefore decided to leave. At the same time, he apologized for "all the bad blood he caused."
According to Schreier, Tomaszkiewicz's departure was agreed upon with CD Projekt's board. So far, however, the company has not presented an official position on the matter. The creator himself, in an e-mail to other employees, wrote that he was "sad, a bit disappointed and resigned". He also added that he intends to work on himself:
“Changing behavior is a long and arduous process, but I’m not giving up, and I hope to change.”
There is no doubt that CDPR lost an important person today. Tomaszkiewicz took part not only in the creation of The Witcher 3, but also in the previous installments of next The Witcher under question - the project is still at a very early stage, assuming it's even started.
