Uncharted Movie is Alive and Kicking, Says Tom Holland
Tom Holland hosted a live broadcast on his private on Instragram, in which he reported on the progress of the set of Uncharted movie. The production is said to be heading in the best possible direction.

The development saga of the adaptation of the popular Uncharted game series has continued for many, many years. Already in 2008 Sony we know is that Ruben Fleisher (Venom, Zombieland) is responsible for directing the movie, with Tom Holland (Spider-Man: Far from Home), Mark Wahlberg (The Departed) and Antonio Banderas (La Piel que habito [The Skin I Live in]) playing lead roles.
At this point, the movie is scheduled to appear in cinemas on July 16 2021 after numerous delays related not only to the coronavirus pandemic. The viewers were pityed by aforementioned Holland, who is to play Nathan Drake, the main protagonist. The actor organized a ten-minute live show on his Instagram profile, in which he confirmed that the work on the set was proceeding and that the project was doing quite well:
"When it comes to filming, we're doing very good. This movie is all I have ever dreamed of. I don't know if you've played games, but I'm a big fan of them and so far everything is going in the right direction."

Holland's words may be somewhat vague, but for they must suffice. The good news is that the Uncharted movie is actually being made, and the chances for next year premiere seem to be reasonably good. But let's not promise ourselves too much at this point, because we have to that Sony has been firing up and then extinguishing the enthusiasm of its fans many times.
